Four years have gone by, but the moment the Fayetteville Police Department lost Officer Stephen Carr will always feel like yesterday to those of us who experienced it. Words could never describe the impact of this loss, but our fallen brother will always be in our hearts.
Officer Carr impacted everyone he met with his kindness, humor, and love. He was a son, brother, protector, and friend. Tonight at 9:41pm we will honor his memory, and hope you find your own way to do so as well.
