Come out and support our MS and Varsity Volleyball in the Kastle tomorrow!!

Even if you made it to our race, you may have missed seeing our Varsity Cross Country teams today (September 10) because they ZOOMED through their second race of the season! If you catch them tomorrow, give them a big high five!

We had 3 runners come in top 10 today- Miles Seppelt came in first and Blake Benrud came in third in the boys’ race and Chloe’ Smith came in eighth in the girls’ race. Way to go!

It was camo night in the Kastle for volleyball!! Our MS girls put up a great fight and played a great game. Still ironing out the edges. Our JV and Varsity both defeated freedom.. I only got a pic of MS and Varsity in their camo gear. If anyone has a JV pic please share it too!! It's a great night to be a Knight!!

If you see any of these amazing athletes tomorrow, give them a big high five! We had our first Varsity Cross Country race of the season at Freedom Christian today (August 27, 2024)! These kiddos ran 3.1 miles in 90°+ heat!
We are waiting for official results, times, and scores but we do know Miles Seppelt came in first for the varsity boys race👍🏻 Way to go Miles!!!

Tonight we may not have pulled out the final win but we did have an AMAZING accomplishment by our very own Senior Addie Micallef #15 getting her✨️ 1000 CAREER ASSISTS!!! ✨️We are all so very proud of her!!! Great job Addie!!!!! 😍💜🏐✨️

Preliminary competitions in three categories (Band Chant, Situational Chants, Performance Cheer Routine). All three categories were completely new material. The ladies did great in every category & brought home the award in the Performance Routine. Tomorrow camp wraps with All American Tryouts & the Camp Competitions. The Knight Cheerleaders are representing VCA at the highest levels.

Hello everyone due to the weather the weight room will be closed. The weight room will be back open on Tuesday from 1-6pm. Please be safe on the road in these wet conditions.

Hello everyone, Coach Johnson and Coach Kelly will have the weight room open Monday through Thursday. Coach Johnson will be there in the morning and Coach Kelly will be there from 1-6pm!!!
