From our instructor and personal trainer, Cynthia P. Ross . "I am a big fan of squats and doing them properly is the key to performance and void of injury.AND… THEY ARE A FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT. This squat is being preformed with a 10 lb dumb bell. This movement also works the arms, back and shoulders. Slow movement adds intensity. I have found that the TRX Suspension System helps a beginner with squats. The muscle groups in squats are glutes,quads,hamstrings,adductor and calves. Live love life and the power of A SQUAT."

BARBELL HIP THRUSTER This movement is meant to target your glutes! You will build mass and strength if you are doing this correctly! Here is a few pointers to execute this properly! DOs: ✅ shoulder blades on bench ✅ feet shoulder width apart ✅ 90 degree angle between quads and shins while lifting ✅ keep chin tucked ✅ place barbell across your hips Remember we always have coaches for 1-1 help or through our Axis Group Coaches!
