ULA NIFO is a tooth necklace that signified wealth and status in our old SAMOA. Now a days, you will commonly see them worn during traditional Samoan dance also known as the SIVA.
Growing up, I’m sure we were all at one point thrown into a family/church dance group and were able to wear such a piece😊🤎
