The Model 90XP is a 9" capacity disc-style chipper and has a distinguished career serving tree care professionals, rental companies and municipalities needing a productive, cost-effective, light-weight chipper. Weighing approximately 4,000 pounds with a gas engine this unit is the perfect solution for those needing a compact and easy to tow machine with the capability to chip material up to 9" in diameter. If you are looking for a disc-style chipper in a compact size and at a great value, then the Model 90 is a machine you should consider! The chipper disc sits at a 45-degree angle to the feed wheels creating a smooth, yet efficient cutting action requiring less horsepower to chip. The 90 is offered with a Kohler CH1000, 37 horsepower gas engine providing ample power and efficiency. A throat opening of 9 1/2" high x 17" wide along with a 29" high x 45" wide infeed provides ample room to easily feed material up to 9" in diameter. The powerful dual feed wheel system is driven via (2) 15.9 CID hydraulic motors providing approximately 3,376 pounds of pulling power. The optional hydraulic lift cylinder is recommended for additional pulling and compressing power making the unit easier to feed and more productive. If more compressing power is desired, the 12XC can be ordered with a hydraulic lift cylinder capable of generating up to 2200 lbs of down pressure, greatly reducing the need to trim or reposition material. Next in the lineup is the 12XPC. Driven by gas and diesel engine options ranging from 49-84HP, the 24” x 18/34”, 4-knife chipping drum turns slower and makes more cuts per revolution than competitive models, resulting in nearly effortless chipping in a wide variety of material. Outfitted with Bandit’s proven slide box feed system, Powerful dual feedwheels driven by high displacement hydraulic motors pull and compress even the most stubborn limbs and branches. A hydraulic lift cylinder can also be added to the 12XPC to further amplifying it’s crushing power. Rounding out the triple threat lineup is the 12XP – Bandit’s most durable and productive 12” chipper.
