If 50 people leave & only 7 replace them, that means the supply for talent is only going to be at 57% capacity compared to what it is today. But the demand won’t go away! That means the professionals still in the game are going to get PAID 💵💵💵. Extrapolate that another 20 years…we are at 14% bandwidth.
