The Rolling Food Joint In July 2024 we are opening up a new food trailer with a mouthwatering munchie menu that's sure to please!

Kickstarter is a crowd funding program made for new business owners to assist with getting their feet off the ground. Nathan Balko and I have put our stores together and made a solid reward setup for anyone willing to donate and help us reach our goals.

Kickstarter also only pays out if we reach our goal, so in the end if we didn’t reach it all of the donations would be returned , but if we do reach it then everyone receives their rewards and you all helped up tremendously start the trailer off with a bang.

Anything is seriously huge so please give our story a look and see what you think!! We appreciate every last bit.

Nathan and myself have started a Kickstarter project to help raise some extra funds to get the last few pieces of the trailer together so we can start in August serving up some delicious foods. If anyone feels they would like to help us out we greatly appreciate it and to make it even better there are rewards that come along with the donations.

All Ilhan’s TakeOut followers!!! This is the new page and trailer we are about to open! We have made a way for you all to show some extra love and support to help get us to our final steps!! Much love y'all and I cant to see y'all out there.

There are many rewards including custom tie dyes, naming menu specials and more.

If you aren't local, no worries, we will ship out rewards to anywhere they need to go aside from food of course. If you did choose a reward with meals attached you can choose to have them donated to a local shelter of your choice.

What’s really good yall!!!

Just wanted to stop and take a second to explain some big changes that are upon us and coming shortly!!

I will be dissolving the business of Ilhan’s TakeOut and for those of you who don’t know , in a few short months “The Rolling Food Joint” will be up and running, fully operational and offering all types of culinary services!!

From events , catering , factories , breweries , or private in home dining!! Anything can be achieved!!

With that being said I would love to keep all of the followers that have had my back through this process the past few years!! So in the next week , the name and the logo will be changed along with some contact info!!

Also big shout out to Nathan Balko first off for believing in my vision and having similar goals that we can come together and make this happen and thank you Mia Otto for the amazing logo design!!!

Bowls 🥣 are $8 , 2/$15 or a quart 🫙 for $20 all served with corn bread 🍞!!

Chicken or lamb/beef mix Gyros!!

Soft fluffy pita bread filled with juicy meat , topped with a generous portion of tzatziki, with fresh tomato and red onion!! Meals will be served with fries!! Add feta to your sandwich $1 add on!!

I will be making my gyro meat from scratch , no store bought stuff here guys!!

Meals are $15 each and delivery is available
