Local Artist Spotlight

Ryan Snoddy is currently a rock/blues bass player in the Ty Hornback Band.

He was born and raised within a musical family in Connersville, Indiana. Early on he began taking guitar lessons at the age of 12 but ultimately switched to the Bass. Ryan’s love of music and playing led to his first band at age 14. He has played in several bands since including- Fade Away, Kramus, Lines, 9 to 44, and MotorChief.

Ryan is most notable for playing in the pocket with rich smoothe groove in his style with a hint of funk and jazz.

His major influences have been Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Motown, Funk and Blues.

Ty Hornback is the founding member of The Ty Hornback Band. Lead Vox/Lead Guitar.

He grew up in a musical family and began singing by the age of 2. At age 10 he was gifted a guitar for his birthday, and he hasn't put it down since. Ty is a multi instrumentalist. Guitar, Bass, Piano, and Mandolin. He has been in previous projects in the past years- Breaking the Cycle, Tys Blue Friday and Jam Brother.

Ty stands out for his raspy/soulful voice and bluesy guitar.

His major influences are
Muddy Waters, Jimi Hendrix, Peter Green, Duane Allman, George Harrison and Jerry Garcia.
