Fall Yoga Series!

In this class you will stretch your muscles, releive some stress, release some tension, and increase your range of motion. Taught by Katie, a local Massage Therapist, Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, and 200RYT, you will both passively and actively move your body to help realign and reactivate some muscles that may need readjustment. All new and imperfect yogis welcome. Mats, blocks, and straps provided, but please bring some water and a smile! INSTRUCTOR: Katie
AGES: 18+
COST: $80/$100
SITE: Barrett Park Program Building OR OUTSIDE! Weather permitting!!

2 Different days/times to choose from!
EVENING: Mon Sept.23-Nov. 11(8 weeks) TIME: 6:00-7:00p.m.

DAYTIME: Wed, Sept.25-Nov. 13(8 weeks)
TIME: 11:30a.m.-12:30p.m.

I needed to move today.

I was......not feeling present...holding on to too much. ..needed a minute for myself. ..having a little body anxiety. ..feeling overwhelmed.

So I moved. So I stepped out of my comfort zone and did yoga in a public park... the public park that I swam in and skated on the ice as a kid; played tennis in the courts growing up; brought my babies to play at the park in; had my first date with my fiance at; and next I will be teaching at in the fall.

Being around all these amazing Therapists, the rest of the volunteer crew, the first responders, and the Athletes was nothing short of amazing!

All proceeds from the go to the institute and where cancer has infiltrated our lives one way or another I'm sure this tops the list for places to donate, because Cancer fu***ng SUCKS!!!

Added bonus! I got to partner with one of my teachers from Massage School (Bancroft represent!)
