This past weekend it was a pleasure to support our student and good friend Tracy Voyer and husband Mike during their grand opening at on John Fitch highway.

Next stop is field day held by at the Popwarner field on Litchfield street in Leominster from 1-4 on June 22nd!

New Schedule!

We are so Happy to welcome Paige to our crew , and be able to permanently add Yoga Sculpt to the schedule in time to get lean and mean for summer!!♥️🔥💪

SO , if anyone knows me, you know, computers are a challenge for me! I was trying to add our Tuesday and Thursdays, noon time Barre and Pilates classes and accidentally erased all the other ones!!🤦🏻‍♀️🤬
All students that were booked for classes will get a notification stating their class was canceled, but you should be getting an email shortly that says you are rebooked for that class. Lots of things are trial and error for me with this new system, I won’t make that mistake again! 🙄

If you were booked for class and you have any issues, please just attend unless you were on the waitlist.

After my grandson helped me clean the studio and had a dance party  he got really hot and tired , so I explained all the benefits of a Savasana , as you can see , he really connected with the posture and understood the benefits

We will enjoy a 60 minute hot yoga class, followed by a 15 minute breath work circle before we jump in the ice, ending with some good drinks and snacks to ensure your St. Patrick’s Day festivities will be met with good energy and lots of love and an excitement for the new season ahead! Class begins with a 60 minute Bikram yoga class followed by a breath work circle that prepares your mind and body for your refreshing dip in the ice!!
What you need
- 2 towels
- water comfy clothes for after your dip
- bathing suit ( but you can go just in your yoga cloths)

We ask that all participants have no skin irritations such as cuts ect -
Please shower before class- 💦
The Event is $40 per person ( this is a separate cost from any memberships or punchcards)
There will be NO other classes held on Monday.
Event starts at 10:30 am and usually runs around 2 hours. Snacks are provided 😊
