Thank you Rachel and the FNES summer after school care program for inviting me to teach the kiddos how to practice yoga for their mind, body, & spirit. It was refreshing to see our youth try to quiet their minds and find solitude in thier bodies. No easy feat when you're under the age of 10 (or even around 50) ๐๐๐

It's hard to get fit, but it's harder to look in the mirror and dislike what you see.

My classes focus on functional flexibility and strength. Committed to safety, strength, control, and long-term health. This class is your opportunity to fine-tune your goals and advance your flexibility training.
Student Highlight:
Pam came to see me in LaVernia over 2 years ago to gain flexibility and balance. She quickly realized with yoga you can aim for the pose, you may get it, but you donโt get to keep it. The only way to keep your practice for the long game is to strengthen where you are weak and most importantly be consistent.
She works hard to get her form correct in all aspects of class. She stays after, often checks during, and even attends my special workshops to make sure she's getting it right. She is steadfast in her commitment, even following when I add a new class.
She definitely had strength from doing weights and endurance from running, but now she's the full package - a true All Star with her Yoga/Pilates/Barre work. โค
Not to mention she's one of the most thoughtful people I've ever met. She gives the best compliments and always checks in on me and my family. I just adore her! ๐ฅฐ

Pilates fusion will resume on the 15th. Other classes (including private) will be up for consideration to resume in May.
It's not about having time It's about making time. Instead of saying I don't have time you should start saying it's not a priority for me and it will change your mindset.

Student Highlight!
Jessica has been an amazing student of mine for years. She always has great form and methodical movements but this summer she really blew me away in another way.
Not only did she come back to class directly after a long vacation (not easy). She also started a full time job after being on a long sabbatical. She retired from the Air Force a few years ago. It is already super tough to work a full day and then hit your fitness but after not doing that for a few years.๐ฎ WOW!
