Frances is hard of hearing with no sign language but we were able to communicate via pencil and paper. Her vehicle was dying on her so she needed a new one ASAP! She came in expecting to pay at least $15k+ but I was able to get her in this 2012 Ford Fusion for just $7500 with her trade!
