Happy 146th Birthday to Colorado🎉🎈August 1st is Colorado Day and last week I spent 2 days in beautiful Boulder, CO! It's the cutest city and very lively! The popular downtown area is called Pearl Street Mall with tons of shops, restaurants, breweries, and wineries. I visited 2 wineries Silver Vines Winery and R Gallery + Wine Bar - I enjoyed the service and wine at both! Try the custom wine tasting at Silver Vines where you can try 3 wines for $12.00 - The Rocky Delight was my favorite, delicious! The Markham Chardonnay was refreshing at R Gallery + Wine Bar! Special shoutout to Sayanna at Silver Vines!!

Cool off with a 𝗜𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗩𝗼𝗱𝗸𝗮 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗿
* Fill a tall (12-16 oz) glass about 3/4 full of ice

*Next add 1/2 part simple syrup

*Add 2 parts Pinot Noir

*Add 1/2 part Vodka Blue Ice Vodka

*Next stir with a spoon

*Top with 2 parts AHA Blueberry Pomegranate Sparkling Water AHA Sparkling Water

Add fresh or frozen blueberries & garnish with a lemon - Optional - splash fresh lemon juice with your wedge

Disney Springs is a free admission entertainment district in the Orlando area! There are tons of restaurants and shops to keep you busy. Wine Bar George is one restaurant to choose from! They have 135 wines to choose from. The food and service was on point! I ordered Selbach Oster Riesling from the Mosel region of Germany, and Cueto Chiarli Lambrusco. It was a drier Lambrusco and not overly sweet. For the food, I chose fried mac n cheese balls and Burrata. Burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese. It was served with fresh tomatoes, bread, mint, & olive oil. If you love wine, definitely visit Wine Bar George at Disney Springs!

Yesterday's wine tasting was a 40th birthday surprise for the guest. It was in a RV park overlooking the ocean. The wife chose the tasting set called Crisp & Cool for her husband. It included 2 Chardonnays, 2 juicy reds, and 1 dessert wine! The guests who thought they would only like sweet, really loved Peekaboo Chardonnay from Australia and Rosso De Beco from Portugal.... a semi-dry red! The birthday boy loved Steeple Street Chardonnay
