Smoothies are great way to promote diversify your diet! My sister Patrice aka Patti - mixes it up combining spinach, pineapples, granny smith apples, and strawberries. Great job! Fruits are great source of fiber but also have high natural sugar content. Next time either switch out a fruit for a vegetable OR perhaps cut one of the fruits!
