Monday Day 1: Easy Sitting Pose

Sukhasana is a very common pose for practicing meditation and breathing exercises (called “pranayama”). It is also often used as an alternative to practicing Lotus Pose (Padmasana) for those whose hips are very tight. This poses strengthens your back and stretches your knees and ankles. Awesome for grounding and balance. Did I mention that It helps to reduce stress and anxiety! ☺️ 🧘🏿‍♀️🕉

Culture Flow Yoga will be hosting its very first 5 day yoga challenge. Starting Monday ending Friday... Sunday Morning I will post a picture of the 5 poses. Each day you must post a pic of yourself doing the pose of the day and on all pics. Follow my Instagram pages & and my page Culture Flow Yoga. Tag 2 of your friends that’s interested in yoga on any of my pages. Have them follow my pages. Dm me “Challenge Complete” when you’re done. The winner will receive
