𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟲 – Warrant Service Unit deputies arrested 𝗗𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝟯𝟰, 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲, on Thursday evening, May 2, on Park Haven Drive in Flowery Branch. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵, 𝟰𝟬, 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵, was arrested on Wednesday morning, May 1, in the 5000 block of Whitmire Road.

6 layers of old roofing removed on areas of this house. 😳
Replaced bad decking and installed Owens Corning estate gray per request of the customer. 
Ice and water installed under the shingles on all low pitched porches.

Newer roof installed by a company on insurance. Top of the line shingles used.
Sounds great customer got an entire roof for the cost of their deductible.

The problem, whoever did it did not remove the dish, put the proper underlayment when installing the new roof they just went around it so now just a few years later there’s rotten wood because someone took a shortcut to do things faster to make more money.

The quality of your installation makes all of the difference on a roof. That’s why we go to such extremes to put the right underlayment and to do the right thing when working for our customers.

I took off the dish, pulled up the shingles gently all around the area cut out the rotten area, put down a new board installed ice and water shield. Everything was placed properly.
