Went to the gym then ate the following. Gotta recognize the issue before you can fix eat. Issue = bad eating habits (for those who didn’t get what I wrote).
Thanks for motivating me to go to CrossFitt. I didn’t like it at first because of all the leg stuff but I feel myself growing into it.
I know I know. In it to a birthday lunch. Dang. But ask me if it was worth it
I know what you going to say but I had to do it. No more hiding my meals. 100% transparency with all my meals.
