Be mindful of the charlatans on social media.

Choosing your diet is personal and for multiples reasons unique to each individual as well as their medical history.

Fun fact vegans donโ€™t get Creatine or taurine in their diets due to plants not having them

Fun fact carnivore diets have high risk of carcinogenics based on the conditions raised and process

Fun fact highly processed foods are link to auto immune problems

Fun fact the body canโ€™t stay in ketosis for too long before it goes into ketoglucosgenisis
(Body will convert proteins into glucose)

Be mindful and aware of whoโ€™s guiding you in your health and fitness

Yes, we need fats, the healthy kind in order to have fuel, they are essential for hormones, and blood sugar regulation. Here's the rule of thumb as it is with all food: moderation, quality and source.

Healthy Fats also help with:
โ€ขbrain development & function
โ€ขas a structural component of cells
โ€ขsupports the absorption of vitamins
โ€ขcertain types help maintain a healthy heart and blood vessels
โ€ขaids in weightloss
โ€ขgreat source of energy!

When aiming for healthy fats look for unsaturated fats such as monounsaturated or polyunsaturated omega 3 or omega 6 fats.

Moral of the story don't be afraid of eating fats, or eating in general we need to eat quality food to reach our personal goals ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ช
