A 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 for anxiety. Thoughts of how? When? Where? I am not sure, I dont think I can? What about this? This COULD happen? I am afraid..etc are soo many, how can you manage them? They become overwhelming, whatever you are thinking =a feeling. i.e👇🏼

THOUGHTS FEELINGS & BEHAVIOUR, helpfully support or tare down the other, these are learnt from the way you have been brought up, things you have been exposed to OR the way you have viewed a situation & can be relearnt

Plus thoughts feelings & behaviour are not necessarily in that sequence. You could Feel something that causes a negative Thought that then effects what you choose in way of Behaviour.

Ex. Job interview
I Feel anxious my heart is racing.
I Think this could be something else, something bad.
I choose that I can't go, AVOID.

Or you could then think.
I Think I am not able to take an interview I am not capable.
I Feel helpless & embarrassed. Ashamed.
I CHOOSE to NOT tell any one, look for something that doesn't challenge me. I won't push myself.

Or you could have an habitual habit (BEHAVIOUR) of biscuits for breakfast.
Your Feel really low & lethargic at 11.00
You Think you're in need of sugar, you need it.
You choose more sugar, & by 2 you feel the same again.

Just 3 examples of how they can effect the other in different ways. Negatively or positively.
So if you have so many THOUGHTS that are worries, what if's, can't see how, uncertainty that's you see as scary.

How are you going to FEEL? etc.
Life issues that are not being managed will effect your thoughts, scary overwhelmed & then you can't think straight because the stress & fear causes anxiety. Then your in survival mode Fight, Flight, Freeze. This mode is not for taking your time to think about how you'll survive. Its quick, run, right, flight, can't think about anything else. You'll need to calm the body before you can have clarity.
You can start by taking some deep breaths in through the nose & our thought the mouth.
Then you'll be more able to manage fearful thoughts

Godfidence, for me in this season, means to be still and have peace in the storm knowing that I serve a God that can calm or stop the storm by just speaking a word.

Lord speak, as your daughter be still, listen, and trust you.

Some people might be in a season where they are running full speed ahead.

Some might be in a season where it is a bit challenging and all they can do is crawl.

And, there are those that may be in a season where they are getting hit by challenges from EVERY side and they are trying their best to crawl.

If you are running full speed, that’s great, keep running.

If you are crawling, that’s great as well, keep it up because if you stay the course you will eventually get to where you can run.

BUT! if you are the one that’s trying to crawl, I pray for your strength today, supernatural strength at that, that no matter what you will not stop moving, because the thing about growth is that, you only stop growing if you stop moving/trying.

Hold up ✋🏾🛑, you might say, well! what happen if life REALLY be “lifeing” and you LITERALLY had to put everything on PAUSE, to take care of YOU, to make sure that YOU are ok mentally, emotionally, spiritually…… well, if that is you, I’ll be the first to say, I CAN TOTALLY RELATE, I HAVE BEEN THERE, and I’ll also be the first to say, if you have to PAUSE, not stop/give up completely, for a season to take care of YOU, that is ABSOLUTELY OK, and that also is a form of growth. Realizing and acknowledging that you are not ok, takes growth.

So, take the season, take care of you so you can come back running FULL SPEED like the woman of virtue that you are.

At the end of the day we are all doing this thing called life and becoming her (the best version of ourselves) while doing so 💕💕

Good morning Ladies of Virtue!

We all want to be successful (I sure do) and while we are on that journey sometimes we can become fat (full) with ideas and if not careful we will attempt to do so many things at one time (I’m guilty of that).

While that may seem like a good thing, it is not a healthy thing.

I believe when it comes to success, it’s best to master one craft at a time and present that to your specific audience, than trying to present many different things that are incomplete because you want to be successful so badly.

Don’t burn yourself out trying to do many things at one time, instead, take that time and energy in perfecting one craft at a time. Once you complete/perfect one craft, than you can move on to another one.

Stay the course, I know it may be hard, but it will be worth it.

Look at some of the individuals that you deem successful in your eyes. I’m sure there were a lot of late nights, early mornings, tears, laughter, wanting to give up and so forth. But guess what, through all of that, they stayed the course, perfected their craft and when they presented it, it was received in a great way. Let that be your encouragement.

Choose to trust Jesus even when it seems like things are falling apart. Oftentimes, things fall apart when a season is coming to an end so better things can come together (A new season is about to begin).

Have Godfidence (Confidence + Faith Applied) knowing that ALL things are working for your good, even when you it it doesn’t feel good (It hurts and you have to cry).

“Don't forget to thank God for the blessings you have while you wait.”

It’s easy to focus on what we don’t have while we are waiting on God to come through for us on certain things. But I want to tell you that, while you are waiting on God, be thankful for the blessings you have now. Don’t let your wait cloud your vision from seeing how God is moving in your now. What God is doing in your now, is all preparing you for when He comes through on your behalf in regards to what you are waiting on Him for.

He says you are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, you were bought with a price, you are beautiful, you are bold, you are powerful. When He created you He said you were VERY GOOD! Hold fast to that.
