🚨How often should you train? 🚨

The best answer is….

As much as you’d like 👏🏻💪🏼

But take into consideration that rest is just as important, and when your body needs a day off.

Take a rest day and just go for a walk, bike ride, or do some of your household chores.

I get asked all the time, “do you train everyday?”

My answer, “Absolutely not! 😅 I take days off whenever my body isn’t feeling good, or sometimes when multiple days in a row just to allow my body to get back to where I need it to be, in order to train at the level I like too”

DON’T BE AFRAID TO TAKE A DAY OFF FROM THE GYM
