This is hilarious to me! The problem wasn’t necessarily management. The problem was the owner not paying his bills! Owing supply companies over $1 million and not being able to buy supplies for jobs through actual supply companies here in our local community and customers getting liens on their property because materials aren’t paid for!
Great marketing strategy and blaming somebody else and not taking accountability for your own actions.

Problem for you Mr. John Tsyupa, is most of the sales people that you inquired through the purchase of Roof RX are locals unlike you the owner that bought the company right before the hurricane, and us local sales agents are trusted by our friends, family and our community! So good try, removing us all from the company system, so we can’t see our jobs that are in production right now, believe me, I can speak for myself, and I know I will all get phone calls about this from my customers that are still in production with you at Roof RX along with family, friends, and word-of-mouth by my almost 4000 friends on Facebook!
Go ahead and try to steal my jobs, as a 1099 employee with no contract or non compete with Roof RX and not pay me my commission for the jobs that I have in production. I will find out, as as I said those customers are my customers and trust me not you.

Luckily, out of the 87 jobs since the hurricane I’ve had completed, paid and closed, I’ve only had 5 liens placed on properties and that was taken care of diligently by me!

As my friends, family and acquaintances know I am an ethical person. I have been crying for almost a week over what is going on at Roof RX and trying to figure out what to do to not let my customers get screwed over that I still have through production without committing any illegal things to this company!

Thankfully, my name has not been destroyed by word-of-mouth as many of my fellow salesman‘s names have been! I feel for all involved and pray that things will be handled the way they should be handled!

Shame on you, John Tsyupa!
 I wish things could’ve been different and you would’ve ran this company the way you should have ran it and I pray that you are not trying to manipulate and screw over Roof RX customers and previous Sale Reps!
