A little before and after updates:
Basement - Removed the 70’s themed red carpet wood paneling look, which screamed Ron Jeremy. Updated ceiling tiles, recessed lighting, trim, flooring, modern gray paint!

Bathroom - removed the 2nd entrance door, framed in hole, removed dated wallpaper, installed new flooring, highend marble vanity. Kept the lights to allow the tenant to move in sooner over the holiday break 🙂

We had the opportunity to help someone in need. My friend needed easier access to the shower, so we ripped out the tub and installed a newer conveniet walk in shower!

Our 3rd wood floor house refinishing project. Compared to what these floors were, I am excited to see what they will look like when complete!

Had a little setback in productivity given the Covid situation - DO be safe out there!, but one painfully & stubborn floor has been put back together after replacing the damaged flooring from previous homeowner’s accidental acid spill. Nasty Stuff!!!

We paid full asking price and we were even able to work a deal to save the homeowner some money on the cleanout by us doing it ourselves.
