Burnout is sooooo real. We all go through it. 🖐🏽 I know personally I try to do EVERYTHING. Be the manager, the admin, accounting manager, and even the damn janitor. All while being a mommy, wife, counselor, and coach.🤦🏾♀️ I had to take a break from everything and get some "me time" to ensure I did what was best for me which was to simply rest. Selfcare is soooooo important. You have to know when to ask for help. I have learned that it doesn't make me look weak by simply asking for a little help and also taking a little break. Some people do well working alone and other do well working with business partners. There are pros and cons to both. Just ensure that if you have a business partner, you both are on the same page. If you are a solopreneur, there is nothing wrong with that either. Please don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it alone. Only you know your limits. You can hire out for things you feel are too complicated and still be able to run and operate your business alone successfully. Remember at Level Up Business Lounge, we're a community here to support each other so you will never feel alone being a member with us. Some may benefit from a co-working space and are able to save on utilities, office space not being used everyday, and not be in an office alone if you are a solopreneur. Although some may enjoy that. Some may benefit from a commercial space if you have a store front you are trying to start, or if you business is growing and you want an exclusive location for your business only. This all depends on the structure of your business. There is nothing wrong starting out in a co-working space and then moving into your own commercial space. It's called GOALS.
