I recently purchased a service from Motivated Data, which claimed to offer high-quality lists for prospecting in my real estate business. However, I regret to report that the lists provided to me were extremely substandard. The phone numbers were often incorrect and the ownership details of the properties were frequently inaccurate. As a result, my contact rate plunged from 8% to less than 4% within a span of three weeks.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service rendered and strongly advise against utilizing this service. Not only did it fail to deliver the promised results, but it also cost me a substantial amount of money, exceeding $1400. The customer service also left much to be desired, with no response or assistance provided when I attempted to address the issue.

In addition, I must mention that when I reached out to the customer service team, they offered to provide a more specialized list, which they claimed would be more narrowed and targeted. However, even with this new list, which produced a little over 500 prospects, I did not manage to close a single deal. It is worth noting that I also utilize a cold calling service, which is owned by the same individual who owns Motivated Data, so any potential shortcomings in my approach to reaching out to prospects cannot be attributed to this aspect of my strategy.

I recommend exploring other options available in the market that can provide accurate and reliable prospecting lists. It is advisable to save oneself from the trouble of wasting time, money, and resources by avoiding this service altogether.
