The Priya Guest House

In 2021, Mercedes stayed at Sonja's AirBnB during a difficult time. That stay changed both their lives. Through many ups and down they managed to help one another. They found a house and wanted others to experience the same type of home away from home feel with the all new shared guest house.

Sonja was able to provide a safe, comfortable and warm stay. It was just what Mercedes needed and she wanted to extend that experience to others also traveling for work.

Sonja is highly talented artisan of furniture restoration specializing in the mid-century era. Priya has been part of the family as a working guard/service GSD for many years and they decided to keep her legacy going by naming the house after her. In many ways, she is the reason for lots of things.

​They decided to combine both our skills and put it to work with The Priya Guest House. All the unique furniture in the home is for sale. Stay for a day or stay for a month, the guest will have the opportunity to "test drive" any furnishings they like or would consider keeping. Our space is different from any other place.
