We are a custom order home bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Laws. I do carry a food handlers license, and have a degree in baking and pastry.
This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. we are a cottage bakery, based in Fort Worth TX, but I am happy to deliver anywhere in the metroplex!
