Tub to shower conversation and bathroom facelift with new vanity, top and under mount sink, LED mirror, laminate flooring throughout lower level of property, baseboards replaced, kitchen cabinets painted up, new countertops and backsplash, under mount kitchen sink, new faucet, range and under cabinet microwave. Replaced all recessed lighting with 6” LED retrofits. 3 week project.

Removed saturated insulation, dropped ceiling, treated for mold/ mildew, dried, new drywall installed, recessed lighting relocated, new insulation blown in, bedded, textured with a light orange peel to match and then painted up.

Water damage and dry rot. Structural issues corrected, new shower pan and stall, vanity replaced, frameless glass and paint for a budget bathroom repair. 1 week duration.

On this we handled dirt work, forms, rebar, French drain, concrete pour and finishing, ran electrical to the garage for lighting, outlets and a 220v for electric vehicles, installed new garage door panels, tracks, hardware and motors with Wi-Fi capabilities. This carport is now a garage!

Prep work on a major renovation… cannot WAIT to share the “after” pics in a couple of weeks!

I mean….

Custom vanity, changed plumber for two sinks rather than one, new shower tile with schluter edgings and trim kit, new lighting, custom mirror and frame, quartz top, under mount sinks, new faucets and hardware, everything painted fresh.

Water leak. Mold. Bad stuff….
Remediation, mold removal, dried areas, anti-microbial, kilz and seal, new insulation, new drywall, custom cabinetry to match pre-existing, upgraded flooring to tile, upgraded sink and faucet, upgraded to granite countertops and backsplash…. Bad stuff turned good 👍🏼

Custom cabinetry added to a utility room. A utility sink was removed, plumbing capped, drywall repaired, room painted, cabinets were custom built and installed, paint finishing, folding table set, stained and shellacked. Big increase in storage and look!
