On May 1st the Culture Committee hosted a Mental Health Awareness Kick-off. The leadership team spoke about the importance of raising awareness of mental health and letting employees know that they are not alone, that we are here for them.

We served yogurt with fruit and granola, we handed out lapel pins, awareness bracelets, stress balls, and literature on how to get help. We also launched a food pantry provided by employee donations. The Culture Committee hosted the below mental health awareness activities:

Exercise your brain. Employees were provided puzzles, coloring, and word finds while listening to calming music.

Stay Active. We brought outdoor activities (football, corn hole, Jenga) and encouraged employees to get outdoors.
