•Hold a safety meeting with employees once a quarter.

The ideal candidate will have a heavy accounting background - be Self Motivated, Organized, have a Positive attitude and a strong attention to Detail, able to work in fast pace environment and meet deadlines.

The days and hours required for this position are M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities include some general office duties with primary focus on Payroll for subcontractors and crew employees.

Knowledge/Skills:
*5+ years Work Experience in accounts payroll/a/p & accounting
*Must beProficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)
*Peachtree/quickbooks/Timberline experiences a must

Bilingual welcome - Neat handwriting/ 10 key by touch.

Ability to read plans (Architectural/Engineering)
Direct labor crews
Plan & Schedule (crews, concrete, inspections, etc.)
Check foundation makeup for accuracy and measuring dimensions.
Complete daily reports
Communicate professionally (email, phone & in person)
With this being a construction position, it will require some long hours including some Saturdays.
