Shinpiden (Reiki III) Course - In Person

Receive the Shinpiden level initiation to Reiki as a deeply personal and transformative experience.

Inside of this Reiki training, you will learn so much about the geeky aspects of Reiki: an up-to-date understanding of the history of Reiki and it’s evolution into the West. We will bridge the gap between Japanese Reiki and Western Reiki and be given a depth of understanding of the Japanese spiritual and cultural traditions from which Reiki was born.

You will gain a diverse set of Reiki techniques and practices that you can implement into your life for personal growth, healing and empowerment. You can also use this knowledge to become a Reiki practitioner or blend the mind/body/spiritual medicine of Reiki into your career path in a myriad of exciting and nourishing possibilities.

This course is taught in the lineage of Usui Reiki Ryoho and is primarily focused on Reiki as it was taught by Usui Sensei prior to Western influence.

Starting in February, we will begin to post a monthly calendar that has all community classes and workshops. These will be donation based unless otherwise specified.

Our sauna is available for use by appointment with extended hours. Please call or text (707)496-6778 to schedule.

We are currently offer therapeutic touch, wellness consultations, massage, sound healing, and Reiki by appointment.

Hello good people of Humboldt county,

Wishing you all a very blessed end of the year, as we have time for inner reflection and awareness in our self care needs I’ve felt called to connect and send love and peace to our communities, families and friends.

This has been a time of tremendous change, lifting of the veil and hardship as we’ve all seen the news of what’s happening on other parts of the world and how that reflects to us personally and collectively can be challenging and difficult, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
I’ve personally found much peace in my heart when having opportunities to connect with a friend or family member, taking walks in nature, watching the rivers rise and sounds of calming rain to sooth the soul. A warm meal, comfort from pets and a cozy blanket, reading a book, helping a friend or neighbor, and the sight of the birds and a blossoming flower has helped me during more challenging times to reconnect and remember to live from the space that unites us all, The Heart ❤️

Moving forward into the coming New Year 2024, I will be sharing space and offering bodywork of Prenatal Care to all the mothers who need massage and support. This is for any trimester of pregnancy including postpartum care. Strengthening and toning the body through gentle movements, postural exercises, and relief of tensions associated with the growth of your body and your baby with caring massage. Think of it as a union of energy linking you and your baby with therapeutic touch in a comfortable place that allows you the time and nurturing needed for your unique experience.
