Attention all clients !! I decided to make this post to help guide some of the newer clients as well as a reminder to others of how to book as well as my late and no call no show policy.

The BEST way to book an appointment is to book online! the link to book online is listed on both my page as well as my Instagram page. Booking online allows you to book your appointment 24/7 7 days a week . you can pick your time and date and see the times that are available.

The next best way to book is to call the shop . The shops name is H&Co salon . You can google it and find the phone number . Someone will answer the phone during business hours.

I have a lot a new clients as well as a lot of more people that would like to receive services, I don’t always have time to look at my phone . Or get on Facebook to look at every message , I do try the best I can so if I don’t get a chance to get back with you please give me time or book with the two options above . Which leads into the next topic

NO CALLS NO SHOWS ARE a $20 charge . This must be payed before or at your next appointment before any future appointments are made.. I’m not going to get on here and say this happens often but with that being said it does happen once In a while . 3 people lose when someone no shows. First and foremost you the customer because you don’t get your hair cut . Me the barber who losses out on my time and my money . And third the person who been waiting to get cut and couldn’t get it now goes without service because of bad communication. I will say I got some pretty good clients and I usually don’t have to enforce this . My people do a great job of taking care of me . So all I ask is is for is some type of communication. If you have to cancel , let me know a couple hours before the appointment, if you cancel your appointment an hour or 20 minutes before your cut that doesn’t give me much time to fill that spot .

And finally ! Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are ALWAYS going to be the busy days , everyone knows that . The best thing you can do if you want to stay locked in is REBOOK your next appointment before you leave the shop or setting up RECURRING appointments. You can set it up for every 2,3,4 weeks or whatever is most convenient for you. That way you don’t have to worry about booking your appointment and it will send you a reminder text the day before . This is what I would advise to all my clients as it seems to be the easiest for a lot of people .
