D&W had a companywide Tagline Contest several weeks ago where team members were given the opportunity to suggest a new company tagline. The winner won a $100 Amazon gift card. Congratulations and thank you to the local individuals that participated. They were gifted with a $25 Amazon gift card. Good job guys! Aww we love our babies! After all, they are our future!

Lil miss Stella stopped by to see daddy (Jimmy, HR assistant) and instantly stole everyone's heart! Precious!

Today we were honored to have Aalynna from Bryson Middle School come and job shadow our HR department. She participated in a business meeting, helped conduct an interview and learned some other functions and aspects of HR and business. She also spent some time with our Extrusion/ Thermoforming Department Manager to discuss how the HR department helps support his department needs for the business.

This young lady has a bright business future ahead of her. Thank you Bryson for letting us participate in educating our youth. We just may have to hire Aalynna as she learns and picks up very quickly and would be a great asset to our business!
