Jubilant Blooms - Cut Flowers

I sell local, farm-grown cut flowers.

I am so excited to be expanding my growing area this year so that I can share even more flowers with my neighbors and customers!

It's happening! These girls are finally starting to bloom! We should have enough to start selling bouquets in just a couple of weeks. Be on the lookout for information on flower sales!

The sun finally came out long enough to plant some of my seedlings. I've been babying them in the backyard and they were starting to become a little unhappy. 😆 My mom and dad helped me on Mother's Day (love you guys!) and I spent most of the day today tilling and planting. The zinnias are so happy!

Monday, I was finally able to get out to my garden space for the summer! I had several types of seedlings that were ready to be planted and more in the pipeline!

2) Feverfew and blupleurum
3) Snapdragons

I expect to have blooms by the beginning of June!

Let's talk seeds... I started these seeds last weekend. Just look at the size difference! Sage, mountain mint, and sweet Annie. The sweet Annie has to be a joke, right? 😆

This is my first time growing all three, but I am really excited about them. Mountain mint is a well-behaved version of the mint we know and love. It stays nice and tidy where it's cousins take over the garden!

The babies are growing up so fast! 😆 We have snapdragons, basil, china asters, scabiosa, strawflower, celosia, dusty miller, blupleurum, echinacea, and feverfew. (Whew!) The snaps, feverfew, echinacea, and blupleurum are all going outside today to start hardening off.

I am so excited about these beauties! One of the fun things is that I don't know exactly what the blooms will look like. Since I'm growing these dahlias from seed, it will be a complete surprise in August. I do know they will be beautiful though!
