I'm not sure anything makes me happier than another epicure slam dunk 🏀

Getting Sawyer to eat is my biggest daily challenge, yet he always ends up loving the epicure meals!

This time I made egg roll in a bowl using all epicure seasonings. We also topped it with epicure teppanyaki sauce (this is a top favorite) and crispy wonton strips.

Sawyer gave it 14/14 ⭐🤣

Eat clean and healthy with me, and feel better 🌟 also super inexpensively....unlike gas 🥴

Used the souvlaki seasoning to make chicken and lemon dilly dip for homemade tzatziki .... the end result was chicken souvlaki pitas with shallots, peppers and baby bellas and a bit of shredded lettuce. This one is a big hit in our house! ⭐

Kids microwave breakfast.

We made bacon in the multipurpose steamer. Microwave. Usually about 5 minutes. No grease splatter 🙌

I was too lazy to make pancakes the traditional way. I whisked up some blueberry batter and threw them in our muffin pan. Microwaved them 3-4 minutes. BOOM 💥

Teriyaki Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp Teriyaki Dry Glaze, divided
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 yellow peppers
1 small onion
2 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly, honey, or maple syrup
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Cut chicken into cubes. In bowl, combine 2 tbsp dry glaze and 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken; stir to evenly coat.
Cut peppers and onion into 1” cubes. Thread meat and vegetables onto skewers.
Place skewers on grill; rotate often until lightly charred and chicken is cooked through, 8–10 min.
Meanwhile, in a bowl stir together 2 tbsp dry glaze, jelly, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp oil.
Place skewers onto a large platter; drizzle with sauce.
