Mini Quiche for a Brunch that I will be attending! Look I've never made pie crust from scratch let alone some quiche but these lil things are full of flavor. From the basil and sundried tomatoes to the bacon and cheese. I admire my own versatility when it comes to the kitchen. Ill try anything! I don't put myself in a box when it comes to food and it all shows. I absolutely cannot wait to serve these!

Another blast from the past! One of like 5 memories I have from being a toddler is the taste of chicken and dumplings. Every Thursday was Chicken and Dumplings for lunch at Kiddie Academy. In that moment with that bowl of dough, veggies, and chicken, nothing else mattered. I'd just lost my mom and this bowl of goodness brought me so much comfort.

This is the feeling I wish to inspire when my food hits your taste buds.

Storytime: When I was pregnant with my daughter I had craving for things I didn't even like. I was never a fan of BLT's til I decided to make one and put my own twist on it. I even have a secret sauce (shhhh don't tell nobody).
