I received a request for a cheesecake with the following ingredients: banana, peanut butter, and Nutell and this is the result.
This is a peanut butter and banana cheesecake with an Oreo and peanut crust. Covered in a Nutella and sea salt ganache and topped with sliced banana and peanuts.
This cake turned out to have a super creamy texture which paired well with the crispy crust and peanuts. The only thing I would do differently next time is sprinkle coarse sea salt on top rather than mixing it in the ganache.
Maybe it’s nostalgia but these oatmeal chocolate chip cookies will always be my favorite. I still have fond memories of watching my mom making them and trying to sneak some cookie dough.
Got myself an ice cream maker! Haven’t experimented much with it yet but this is one of my successes. A rich dark chocolate ice cream that pairs well with fruit especially these raspberries.
Ferrero rocher cake pops: Vanilla cake pops with a Nutella center hiding a hazelnut. Candy coating is chocolate candy melts mixed with Nutella and then sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts
Strawberry caramel cheesecake: A Nilla wafer crust with a standard cheesecake filling swirled with homemade strawberry caramel sauce. Garnished with more strawberry caramel sauce and several strawberries. The fruit caramel sauces are some of my favorite to make
This was a fun one to make. This is a berry tart with a citrus infused cream filling topped with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. It was then brushed with some warmed mixed berry jam to help preserve the fruit.
Homemade chocolate fudge brownies with dark chocolate chips. I prefer brownies to be really soft in the middle and these turned out just the way I like them.
My Thanksgiving was very busy this year. I also made a couple of apple and pumpkin pies but didn’t have time to get a picture with all the festivities.
Top row:
Pecan pie, pumpkin swirl cheesecake (ginger snap and pecan crust regular cheesecake filling swirled with a pumpkin cheesecake filling), almond cake with raspberry jam filling, vanilla buttercream on top and garnished with sliced almonds and raspberries.
Bottom row:
Triple chocolate cheesecake (Oreo crust with chocolate cheesecake topped with dark chocolate ganache and drizzled with white chocolate) and chocolate cupcakes with coffee buttercream frosting (some are also filled with a coffee chocolate truffle filling)
Instead of a smash cake this customer requested a full sized cake and I made a cupcake sized version for the birthday boy as well. This is a strawberry shortcake cake using a light whipped cream frosting, eggless vanilla cake, and sliced strawberries in the middle.

Carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and chocolate cupcakes with coffee buttercream frosting, mini apple and pecan pies, and dark chocolate raspberry truffles and dark chocolate orange truffles.
Top right corner: honey chestnut cheesecake. The second picture is a cross section after it was sliced into.

Per a request: Fruity pebble cheesecake. There are fruity pebbles as the crust, baked in the cheesecake, and sprinkled on top of the cake. Fruity pebble/marshmallow treats shaped into spheres also decorate the cake.
Lemon bars! So tangy and sweet. Shortbread base with a lemon custard filling. Sprinkled with powdered sugar.

First I would like to thank for this amazing opportunity. These cakes are the biggest I have done to date (10”, 12”, and 14”) and are completely vegan. The decorations are fake light pink roses and white calla lilies that are twined together in various formations. The cakes featured in this post are as follows:
Small cake: chocolate cake base with a coffee and chocolate ice cream top layer. There is also a coffee Oreo crumble layer in the middle and the entire thing is topped with a thin layer of vanilla buttercream frosting.
Medium cake: chocolate cake with a light orange buttercream frosting in a semi-naked design. The middle also contains a layer of orange caramel.
Large cake: Lemon raspberry cake with a vanilla buttercream frosting in a semi-naked design. There is also a thin layer of lemon raspberry reduction in the middle.
Burnt Basque Cheesecake: This is a cheesecake with no crust that is purposefully over cooked to caramelize the edges.
Top tier on left: Raspberry lemon and coffee/chocolate marble with buttercream frosting.
Middle tier: banana cream truffles
Bottom tier: chocolate cupcake with orange caramel filling, dark chocolate orange frosting and topped with candied orange peel
Top right: Cassata (Italian dessert with marzipan, sponge cake, ricotta cream, royal icing, and candied fruit)
Bottom right: apple cinnamon mini donuts
Caramel Tres Leches cake. A typical Tres Leches cake with a splash of rum included in the cake and topped with homemade caramel. I love how the caramel and whipped cream created a swirled effect.
A fully vegan cake. Rich chocolate cake with vanilla frosting and homemade fudge topping.
Rainbow unicorn cheesecake. This is a gelatin cheesecake with a Nilla wafers crust. Each layer is flavored (and colored) individually. The cheesecake is topped with homemade whipped cream, white chocolate drizzle, and a lot of sprinkles. From top to bottom:
Red- Strawberry
Orange- Orange
Yellow- Pineapple
Blue- Mango
Purple- Dragonfruit

Mango rum cheesecake with a gluten free almond brown sugar crust and a mango rum topping. Might have added a little too much rum this go around but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. 😉
Busy Thanksgiving for me. 4 cheesecakes, a dozen cinnamon rolls, and a pie. Most are ones I’ve done before but this is a new one.
Salted caramel cheesecake: Nilla wafer crust with a bottom layer of rich homemade salted caramel followed by a creamy brown sugar cream cheese filling. Topped with more salted caramel and sprinkled with toffee crumbles.
Smash cake! A lemon blueberry cake with whipped lemon cream cheese frosting. Topped with blueberries and fondant leaves of changing colors for a bit of fall.

—Gluten free vanilla cupcake with a brown sugar maple filling and maple frosting. Topped with candied bacon.

My first Smash cake! Standard vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream frosting designed to look similar to a watermelon. The seeds are made from fondant.
Almond Joy Cheesecake- Oreo and almond crust with a creamy coconut cheesecake filling. Topped with coconut chocolate, toasted coconut, and sliced almonds.
Hummingbird cupcakes: a banana, pineapple, and pecan cake with a cream cheese frosting. Garnished with toasted pecans. The cupcakes with a full pecan half also contains a lemon ginger pineapple filling.
Hello everyone. This is a version of a Watergate Cake. The bundt shaped cake is made with yellow cake mix, pistachio pudding, pineapple, coconut, chopped pecan , and chopped almonds. The frosting is a whipped pistachio cream frosting garnished with coconut and chopped nuts.

One of the hardest things about this quarantine period is needing to bake to use up my time but then having no one to give them to. I hope everyone is staying safe. When this is all over or even during the quarantine you need something yummy that you weren’t forced to make yourself please do not hesitate. I will be reducing prices for the next several months until everyone is back to work/school. Also if you live in the MD area and want something during this quarantine period I will still bake and will wear a face mask during cooking. I also check my temp and keep aware of symptoms everyday since my day job is considered essential and I am required to physically go into work.
Gluten free yellow cake with dark chocolate buttercream frosting and milk chocolate shavings. The cake is denser than regular cake but the recipient absolutely loved it.
Assorted mini-cheesecakes. Flavors are organized by the cupcake liner color.
Purple: Cheesecake pudding cup- Nilla wafer crust with original cheesecake. Middle of cheesecake is scooped out and replaced with Godiva chocolate pudding.
Pink: Nutella/Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake- Each bite is different with layers of Nutella cheesecake and strawberry swirl cheesecake in the same cup. Nilla wafer crust and topped with half a strawberry and optional Nutella drizzle.
Orange: Pecan Pie Cheesecake- Pecan and Nilla wafer crust with a brown sugar cheesecake filling. Topped with cinnamon and brown sugar coated pecans.
Green: Thin Mint Cheesecake- A single Thin Mint cookie serves as the crust. Mint chocolate cheesecake filling topped with chopped up thin mints.
Three-tiered, homemade, confetti cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. This was made for a coworker’s loved one and I am happy to say that she loved it!
Forgot to post these images from a few weeks ago. This is my dad’s all-time favorite dessert. This is a banana cake roll with banana buttercream frosting and milk chocolate shavings. The family really enjoyed it!

A coworker ordered this cake. It is called a Sachertorte: a chocolate torte (dense cake) with an apricot glaze. Topped with a chocolate glaze and homemade whipped cream. The chocolate glaze ended up so smooth and shiny and I can’t wait to try more new things!
