This is the correct way to install a concrete footer on a baseball backstop. The tornado that through a month or so ago blew this backstop over and we are replacing it for Frederick Co Parks and Rec. The footers held, the 4" posts bent over like toothpicks.

This is the project we did at The Heights School in Potomac Md. We have been working with Gabe's Services and Keller Bros. on this job. The Heights completely re built their multi purpose field and their baseball field. Quality Fence has been on site since the beginning. We removed the existing fence and then built all the new fence. Our work included 30' tall backstop and hood made of 13/4" netting from Memphis Net & Twine Co. 30' tall sideline and outfield fence and netting. 15' tall no climb chain link fence with netting, 25' tall chainlink fence and netting and some 8' chainlink fence.
