Using a personal trainer is a GREAT way to get motivated for exercise and be more consistent. Using a personal trainer with a wide range of experience AND education, is a great way to do this safely and successfully!

Effective immediately, so that my network can have more access to me for personal training, I will be offering personal training sessions via live video (Google Hangouts...think Skype, though easier.)
Please contact me immediately as I will only be doing this for a limited number of individuals, in my immediate network, as I am working on some big new projects in the fitness field. You can PM here OR, email me at [email protected].

Don't have equipment at home? That's OK - I'll work with you on modified exercises and/or provide a short, low cost list of items you can get practically anywhere.
