Friday we have a fundraiser to help raise some money to purchase some non perishable foods for ou food give away we do..Friday noon delivery starts at 12:30 to 2 and Friday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 we have 2 choices a $15 plate that consists of ribs,grilled boneless chicken, hot link and a slice of Texas toast for $15 or a $65 tray that consists of 2 rack of ribs,, garlic bread and 2 home sides 1 pound of potato salad and 1 pound of chili beans delivery is free on 2 plates or more taking pre-orders update we have 2 $65 spots left and $15 trays available

Friday & Saturday dinner times- we will be having $75 platters that consist of half a rack of smoked Ribs, 1 pound of slow smoked pulled pork, 2 pounds of sliced Tri-Tip,Hot links,buttered Rolls, 1 pound of homemade Mac n cheese & Chili Beans... delivery starts at 5:30...

Sunday it's gonna be a 114° and I'll be firing up the trailer..$80 platter feeds 6 comes with oak smoked n seared sliced tri-tip (weusechoicegrade). 1 rack of peach smoked Ribs,smoked wings n hot links n homemade sides and also comes with a 1/2 gallon of ice cold home-made all natural agua frescas just purified water,fruit and sugar. You can get additional frescas for $10 each flavors are cantaloupe,watermelon,butterfly blue tea(bomb)

Tuesday we will be having our Tuesday dinner trays. They will consist of 1 smoked Tri-tip,1 whole rack of peach smoked ribs,hot links,dinner rolls and 2-32 0z sides of homemade chili beans and mac salad feeds 6...delivery starts at 5:30

Friday evening if you don't feel like cooking will be delivering a $75 platter that consist of a whole rack of ribs baby backs or spares your choice, 2 pounds of sliced Harris ranch choice tri-tip, 1pound of Harris ranch chpice beef flanken ribs,5 chicken drumsticks and chopped hot links with 1 pound of homemade Mac salad and 1 pound of homemade chili beans..no charge for delivery we are taking pre-orders now delivery starts at 530

Tuesday we will be having dinner platters there will be 2 to choose from. 1st one will be a rack of baby back ribs with 2 whole tri-tips,dinner rolls and 2 homemade sides 1 pound each of chili beans and potato salad..the 2nd choice will be 1 rack of baby back ribs,whole tri-tip,chicken,hot links and dinner rolls with the sides each meal will be $70 deliver will be after 5 taking pre orders now{Beef we use is Harris ranch choice}

Picking up a case of some Harris ranch choice tri-tips on friday they range from 2 1/2 pounds and up I'll be smoking and searing them with red oak $25 each whole and also will be having $25 racks of ribs smoked delivery is at 1230-2 and also from 5 to 7 limited pre-orders available for Saturday...sunday will be in clovis whole tritips and sandwich plates

Tri-tip tuesday......plate #1 is a smoked tri-tip salad w ranch or thousand island and drink for $10
