I would like to take this moment to congratulate Taylor Moua on her success on taking home the title as Miss Hmong Grand International 2024 1st Runner Up. I am truly honored to be able to take part in her pageant journey as her personal makeup artist and hairstylist. Her lovable personality made me enjoyed every moment spent with her and her team.
