Full Job Description
The Sales Rep position will be responsible for meeting with new and existing customers to discuss new Painting projects. The sales staff will be responsible for 2-3 customer appointments each day (Monday – Friday). The duration of each customer appointment will be 30-45 minutes, at which the sales staff will discuss the customers wants and needs, A project estimate and sample color to be presented to customer. Quote is presented same day to customer at tome of estimate appointment.
All sales appointments are pre-scheduled by the Office Manager for the sales staff in iCal. No cold calling of any kind is involved.

* Company cell phone provided after 3-4 months
* 2 weeks of training by the business owner.
This will be a mobile position and the majority of each day will be spent individually so organization and time management skills are crucial.
Each morning the salesperson will call and talk to owner to discuss the day and goals & to review jobs and answer questions before heading to sales appointments.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answer and/or respond to all incoming phone calls, emails and text messages from customers and staff members
* Attend all pre-scheduled sales appointments on-time (2-3 sales appointments each day)
* Gather the information and pictures needed at each sales appointment to create a estimate/quote
* Create estimates in CRM based on your newly created designs
*Consult paint colors with customers show Aarples of colors
* Follow-up with customers who have questions or require additional information after they have received their estimate
* Update and re-send quotes and estimates for customers requesting changes
* Communicate the status of a lead or customer
* Work with the Office Manager to collect signed estimates from customers ready to move forward with work
* Review color choice with customers and PM
* Solution based thinking to solve all customer issues
* Continually update sales tracking spreadsheet for commission payments
* Coordinate with the Office Manager on scheduling needs
* The Office Manager will send all invoices and collect all payments.
