One of many reasons we love doing club/team training demos is because we get to connect with athletes like our girl .

Got a chance to work with Becca and her club team a couple of years back and now she’s one of our regulars. She has come such a long way. She loves to be coached and will put in the work. She has pushed herself to the limit during the offseason. Can’t wait to get back rolling with her. Keep up the great work! Let’s go!

Part of developing volleyball athletes is making sure they understand why they do what we have them do in their training. This way they perform each rep with intent. On the court, there is no time for hesitancy or timidity. Volleyball is a highly explosive sport so being able to react quickly and cover ground as fast as possible is key. 🔑

Our girls are getting more explosive, stronger, quicker, and more importantly, more confident in their ability because they are equipped both physically and mentally. With club season around the corner, we need to transition our girls safely from school ball to club. Training programming and volume must be appropriate for the transition.
