Congrats to our DFC 2013 girls purple team finishing as finalist at the premier copa tournament this past weekend. Once again our girls showed out with precision, high technical ex*****on, explosive movement, individual flair, mental toughness and grit. Losing in pk’s is never easy to accept, but the discipline and growth of the group is remarkable. It’s no surprise they imposed their style all weekend. DFC teams are the most fun to watch in NTX. Proud of this group and for taking these girls to the next level. Keep it going. ⭐️⚽️

IT’S YOUR TIME!!! Tryouts are here and I’m sure you and your kids are already feeling anxiety coming on. Overthinking everything instead of enjoying the journey. Yes, it’s a sport and it’s meant to be FUN. Forget chasing wins and “league” names for a sec and ask yourselves a few important questions:
1. Is my kid really enjoying the game and having fun? Or is it only about “winning” and what league others say are important?
2. Is my kid improving? Technically, tactically, physically and mentally.
3. Is the current environment fostering long term growth or is it a NOW mentality only? Play to big, fast kid...kick, chase, win.
If you had to stop and think really hard about those questions, or answered NO to any of them, then you may be in the wrong place.
At DFC, we don’t take the joy out of the game and learning process. We keep the focus on DEVELOPMENT, providing a challenging, intense, fun and safe environment. Players are allowed to be expressive and passionate. Our tight-knit family and community-based club ensures that each of our players are steadily improving and taken care of. Whether you’re entering our club at the academy or select level, we put your kids FIRST!
ALL our coaches are licensed, have played at various levels, from collegiate D1 to professionally and internationally. Our club structure revolves around holistic player development, NOT on wins and losses. DFC players must embody our club's 5 pillars:

This is what HARD WORK looks like when it pays off. So proud of our DFC08 Gold team for winning the U16 Plano Labor Day tournament yesterday. Not only did they win, but they scored 19 goals and conceded 0 over the 6 games played. Complete dominance on both sides of the ball, which will continue to be the way forward for this club. We can not only play beautiful, attractive football offensively, but also impose our strength and will defensively.

Congrats to ALL our other teams that also competed very well over the weekend, and thank you to all our supporters and parents who sacrificed their time to show the club so much love. We’re not done yet, we’ll keep working. DFC ain’t coming no more, WE HERE!!

QUALIFIED!! These girls have been putting in the work and the play on the field shows it. Their technical and skillful style was on full display this past weekend, earning a spot in the Girls Classic League new Pre- Elite division. Work has only just begun, but these girls are ready to rock n roll! Congrats to , the girls and all the amazing DFC parents who support our players and club. Looking forward to a great league season. Keep grinding!

This TEAM. They have done SO many unbelievable things already it’s hard to keep up. Started off the season winning Summer Splash and topping classic DIII, earning DII status. Rolled into the new year winning the Target Cup qualifier in Austin, (July finals in Minnesota), and dominating classic league DII going undefeated (8 wins, 1 draw) while earning DI status for next season. And this past weekend, finishing off the season with a championship at the Frisco Shawnee Trail Shootout. Super proud of what this team has done for the name recognition of Diversity F.C. Everyone knows this DFC07 GOLD team is coming and coming fast. The respect has been earned and this group will not stop on its way to the TOP. Believe us when we say this team/club next season will be an even greater force in NTX, nationwide and internationally. New teams and opportunities for next season for all that want to join our amazing family. DFC time is NOW!!
