My work is a movement through space and light. My work presents a tension between the vibrancy of the colors fancifully dancing with the light.
Took an old painting and made something with it. I recycle hope you enjoy
Hello, amazing artists! šØ I'm incredibly excited to share with you my latest 2-hour Alcohol Ink tutorial, inspired by none other than the legendary Piet Mondrian. This step-by-step guide is something I've put together for all of us, whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting your journey with this vibrant medium.
I've discovered a unique method to harness the power of these vivid inks and transform them into something truly magical ā a blend of structure and fluidity, control and chaos. Today, I'm thrilled to share with you the first of these two distinct techniques for creating sharp, precise lines that reflect Mondrian's iconic style.
But remember, we're just getting started! š I've got another method on the horizon, which I'll be sharing in an upcoming video, pushing these techniques even further. I can't wait for you to join me on this journey as we continue to explore new realms of creativity and push the boundaries of what we thought was possible with Alcohol Inks.
Stay connected with me for more art adventures by liking and following my page. Let's embark on this creative journey together and see where our artistic instincts lead us! šļøāØ

Day 2
I was nominated by Marty Robbins to present a piece of my work every day for 10 days, nominating another artist to do the same. 10 images, 10 nominations, no explanations - all to create activity and passion for the love of what we do and to support other artists. Today, Iām nominating Desmond M. Blair
I've been experimenting with some new concepts in alcohol ink painting and I'd love to get your thoughts and opinions on them.
I've been playing around with the idea of creating larger versions of these two pieces. I've been inspired by Cubism lately and thought the attempt to contain the flow of alcohol ink would be an interesting concept.
As you know, I typically paint large and I think these concepts could really shine on a bigger scale. But before I start working on larger versions, I'd love to hear what you think. Any thoughts or feedback is greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure if I want to try these on a larger scale yet (4' x 4') or larger.
Join me in this tutorial as I show you how to create a beautiful gradient transition using alcohol inks on NARA paper. This technique is perfect for creating a feathered look or a darker area on your artwork. Even if you're new to alcohol ink painting, I'll demonstrate two easy-to-follow methods that anyone can master.
Throughout the video, I use a variety of alcohol inks and tools to achieve the desired effect. I explain which colors to use and provide clear step-by-step instructions. You'll see how easy it is to create stunning and unique artwork with just a few simple tools.
Whether you're an experienced alcohol ink artist or just starting out, this video is sure to inspire your next project. So sit back, relax, and let's create some beautiful art together!
If you enjoy the video, please give it a thumbs up and leave a comment to let me know what you think.

I started doing art again because I missed doing it.
I got my drawing and painting degree in 2004 from UNT then I went off and got my grad degree in 3d modeling and animation. In 2000-04 I found a love for figurative painting and drawing and hated abstract painting, I thought abstract was easy and never thought of trying it.
Now, I work on the computer all day as a creative director and have been yearning to get back into the traditional art in my free time. Two years ago my sister keep trying to convince me to do an art piece for new her home.
The kicker was that she wanted something abstract. I was struggling with this notion of abstract. After a year of fighting the thought. I finally thought I'd give it a shot. I started to build her a frame and start painting again the difference was I wanted to try Resin which is toxic and not really forgiving.
