Today is a big day at Frostburg! 🐾 Since moving to Division II, we will have our first live televised game. It will be shown on MASN and there is more informations bout the game on Frostburg Football’s athletic page. So tune in at 7:00pm tonight to see a great game and who knows maybe you’ll us cheering on the sidelines! 🎀 GO BOBCATS!!! ❤️🏈🐾

D3 week is finally complete! From Monday-Sunday, Frostburg State University cheerleading has been competing along with other sports teams from the school for our annual D3 week! We have had so much fun and we’re sad to say that this will be our last D3 week here at the school 😢 BUT we won’t be sad for long because next year we will be going D2 BABY! Stay tuned for what we have in store for next year😈❤️

Welcome back to school! If you are interested in cheering this season come to our interest meeting. We will be meeting on Tuesday, August 28 @ 6:00pm in the Cordts P.E. Center in the Auxiliary Gym, room 164. Hope to see you there!

Hello everyone,
First off i would like to apologize for not updating everyone about this upcoming season. With that being said i received an email from our Athletic Director with the following updates. For the 2018-19 academic year, the cheerleading program will continue to support both the Football and Basketball Programs as well as special events as it has in the past. In addition, the cheerleaders will be permitted to compete in a regional competition. FSU will not be sending this team to any national level competitions. We will be hiring a Head Coach in the coming weeks. I will share this information when it is available. Cheerleading should plan to return by the first day of classes. There will not be any early return this year. I anticipate try-outs being held the first week of the semester. I want to stress that this is the plan for 2018-19. Plans beyond that will be worked out over the course of the fall semester and shared when they are more concrete. I appreciate your patience and understand while we have worked through this transition. If you have any further questions i will do the best i can to answer them but you may also contact our athletic director at [email protected].

Last night we said farewell to our seniors and honored our award winners... Banquet 2018

I am sadly writing this post to announce that after 10 years I have decided to step down as the head coach of Frostburg State Cheerleading at the end of this season. I have had an amazing 10 years and have had the privilege of watching amazing young ladies grow into wonderful women and a few young men into successful gentlemen as well. I will always be grateful for FSU and the athletic department believing that I was ready for my first college coaching job. I have learned a lot over these years about myself and even more about coaching. I wish the future coach and teams all the best and hope to see Frostburg continue to be an up and coming college team in the cheer world. Thank you to all of the young ladies and gentleman that I had the pleasure of coaching over the years. You will always be my “kids” and I wish you all nothing but the best.

As we put up a good fight Nationals did not go in our favor.. this amazing team missed competing in the final round by one place... taking 8th in the Intermediate All Girl Division III... great job ladies!! One place up from last year! Continue to climb!!

Saying good bye and thank you to our seniors yesterday at our last home game ... but most of all saying a big THANK YOU to basketball head coach Webb Hatch and his 19 years with Frostburg State... congrats on retirement!!
