Know your candidates and what they stand for - respect and integrity are not questioned when you file to file your paperwork to become a school board candidate. If you can get the signatures, you can run.

Know where your candidates stand on ALL issues, not just the "hot topics". Have they addressed how understaffed we are at CBSD, and the 60 support staff positions available? How would they attempt to fill these positions?
What does your candidate say about preventing violance in our schools? A topic often overlooked until it happens. In Oct 2022, a 15 year old Perkasie teen was arrested for threats to "shoot up" CB West. Had this NOT been report under S2SS program, what could this have looked like? Have we done a recent safety assessment in our schools? How worried are you about safety in the many schools in our district?
The issues everyone is fighting over are valid issues, but they are not the ONLY issues. We must have balance, moderation and common sense in our district.

What does Central Bucks School District need the most? One BIG ticket item is FULLY STAFFED schools.

Our district has 60 Support Staff positions open, in that category alone! We need teachers, bus drivers, educational assistants and more!

One thing we can ALL agree on, we want our kids to get the help they need in school so they can learn!
