I’ve spent years trying to find the words to describe what really goes on inside the experience I offer.

To say it’s transformational, life-giving, confidence boosting, enlightening, empowering.....idk, all those words feel *close* —but they’ve never really toootally sung the words of my heart.

The other day, it just hit me. washed over me. What I really do, is look for proof.

Just hear me out.
I’ve heard the saying, but in the last year, I’ve become starkly aware that... I always seem to find exactly what I look for. Whatever beliefs are swirling around in my head, I look for evidence of all around me.
And for much of (nearly all, if I’m being honest) my life, I’ve believed I wasn’t enough.

Name it: good enough, thin enough, smart enough, funny enough, pretty enough, fill.in.the.blank.
So I proceeded to spend half of my life looking for proof that all those beliefs were true. Now that I’m in my thirties, I’ve been forced to take a long, honest, hard look at the way I live my life—at the way I talk to and about myself. And I have finally reached a place where I am unwilling to spend any more time looking for confirmation that I suck. And you know what? I don’t want you doing it, either.

In this studio, we aren’t just shooting noods. We aren’t just rolling around in hot clothes (or lack thereof).

What we are really doing, is evidence hunting. We are speaking life, healing, positivity, and gratitude over the body that has been with you through thick and thin, and then rooting out all the evidence that PROVES you are everything you think you’re not.
Your life has not been easy. You’ve taken some hard-ass knocks. You’ve been disappointed. You’ve stared into that mirror and hated who you saw looking back. and even after all of that, you’re here. That alone is proof that you are far more magical than you’ve ever considered.

I’m just here to help you see her. to help you believe in her. Cause once you do, you’ll spend the rest of your life chasing her, becoming her, celebrating her.
I’m here, waiting on you—you’ve just got to call the shot.

OUR FIRST EVER TURN A H O E INTO A HOUSEWIFE CLASS!

I know I'm not the only one over here thriving in my homestead era, right!?

I took a class a couple months ago that Kelsey taught & it was so. much. fun. I learned how to make my own butter, make all things sourdough, plus had great community with other women. Win, win, win. So I had the idea of a collab where you will learn from precious Kelsey aalllll things sourdough. We will make sourdough bagels, sourdough stars (the best thing I've ever tasted in my life), our own butter, and you will make + carry home your very own starter!
And you know it's not a Stripped Collective collab if there isn't a sexy lil spin on it... so of courseeee there's an optional baking photo add-on.

These will be held at the gorgeous house at Bennett Flats in Heflin (where the photo below was taken) it's a huge, all white, marble counter kitchen with double ovens... so basically the greatest place to learn sourdough AND to arch ya back on the island 🤣

All you will need to do is bring a rolling pin & a mason jar, and we have the rest covered!

Y'ALL!!!! Our new logo 🥹 I could cry.
Syd knocked it out of the entire park with this. I gave her a very chaotic description of what I wanted but basically said I just trust her fully with the vision. She started sending me sketches of her idea and I fell in love with even the rough draft.
She designed this logo with photos that I have actually taken - those are real women who I've had the honor of photographing and I could CRY having them become a part of my brand in this beautiful way.
The longer I looked at the images, the more letters I saw intertwining with their bodies & I couldn't love it more.
