Many thanks to our SNAP-Ed REA, Tori Ennis, for speaking to the 4-H Youth Council about building balanced meals. They got hands on experience with demonstration food, then learned how food pantries help people experiencing food insecurity. We will use what we learned when we volunteer at a local food pantry later this month.
