**HIRING***

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to perform tasks such as bulldozing, excavators. rollers and loaders. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in commercial driving.

Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, rollers and loaders.
- Perform tasks such as digging, grading, and leveling
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Transport materials and equipment to designated locations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
