Thinking of getting extensions? Do your research! Extensions are not a “one size fits all”. Many extension types, such as beaded, cold-fusion, keratin, and sew-in, put too much strain on thin hair making it worse.

So if you have thin, fragile, low density hair opt for an extension that is best suited for you. Tape-ins, clip ins, or halo type extensions are going to be best suited for thin hair.

On this client I used a single sided tape-in extension where only one side is the extension and the other a clear piece of tape is put on to sandwich in a small amount of hair.
